1v1 - Technical (15 mins)
GK starts position A.
Coach rolls ball towards Yellow or Blue mini goals
GK reacts to ball and has to stop ball before going through mini goals using the Smother save.
Drill covers - 1v1 save from heavy touch.
Discuss the technique of how to use the save to also protect the GK from striker.
Progession: discuss when you would use Block, Smother or Spread saves in 1v1 situations
