Skill Intro-
players are paired up and one will start with the ball. They must dribble with the ball in the area and attempt to keep it off the their partner for the whole time period, if the defender wins it, they start dribbling. Player in possesion of the ball at the end ot the time period wins.
Progression - remove the balls and the pairs and every player needs a bib. players tuck bib into their shorts to act as a tag behind them. Aim of the game is to be the last one standing and players can grab others' bibs and try to keep theirs tucked in. Highlight how to keep the players in front of you and not to turn your back on anyone and relate it to defending.
