Small Sided Game (16/17 mins)
- Follow all laws of the game (retreat line)
- 4v4 or 5v5 with goalie

Organisation:
- 1 GK, 3 even lines (2/3 players in each)
- Every 5 mins rotate lines and GK
- Lots of repetition, minimize standing in lines
Activity:
- On coaches call, player 1 dribbles towards goal and takes a free shot
- After shooting, player 1 comes back to give a one-two with player 2 who looks to strike the ball
- After 2nd shoot, player 3 will play a 2v1 with player 2 against player 1 looking to finish on goal
*Retrieve all 3 balls and reset the lines*

Organisation:
- Extended playing area from the penalty box, mark the halfway point with cones
- Players are restricted to stay on one side of the grid
- Spare balls in the nets or with coaches in the middle
Activity:
- Ball played into one side
- Team will play 3v1 inside their own half and are looking to shoot the ball in the opposite goal
- if defender wins the ball they are to score in the close goal
- if the GK saves the ball, they quickly play to their teammates and play continues
- Players are encuraged take lots of shots when available with proper shooting technique
