Organization
Set up the area as seen above with 2 goals on the lines. At all times there must be at least one player from each team in the end zone representing themselves as strikers. Both teams should look to play in the central area when in possession and defending.
The objective of the teams is to score in one of the goals the team are directionally playing to. The strikers in the zones can score with 1 touch upon receiving the ball.

Instructions
Upon scoring a goal, players must be in the zone before scoring,
Once/if recovered the game continues as a 4v4 game.
2 of the players need to run around one of the 2 goals they have scored in.
Both players cannot run around the same goal.
At the same time, the opposition must get one of the balls next to the goal and play straight away, creating a 4v2 situation with 2 recovery defenders.
