*Empowerment- This will be applied by allowing players to discuss what positions and zones they want to be in for the practice.
*Motivation- Players have to put a score on the board every time they score a goal.
*Problem Base- Players will firstly be given the opportunity to discover strategies in which to play through the zones and to get into the correct postions to score.

Session Time Line:
0-2 Minutes- Introduction of the session where the coach will discuss the aims and objectives of the session and discuss the delivery of the practice. Players will be given the decision on the positions and zones they want to play on the pitch. By using this method, this will give players the empowerment to make that decision.
2-5 Minutes- Coach players through using the coaching process and to also use the guided discorvery, democratic, question and answer coaching styles to help support with the delivery of the practice.
5-9 Minutes- Let the game flow but the coach will step into the session if applicable. Add a progression into the session, by allowing players to join zones if they pass successfully into their team who is in a another zone. This will therefore introduce the scaffolding pedagogy.
10-14 Minutes- The session will end up with a normal small sided game. Every time a player scores a goal they will put their score on the scoreboard. This will give the players more motivation to score a goal for their team.
14-15 Minutes- Finish off with a quick debrief of the session on regards to the outcomes that the player have learnt from the practice.
