End zone marked with cones at 5 yards
Cones splitting length in half (@ 15)2 defenders
Max 4 attackers
Instructions:
Objective is to get into the end zone without being tagged by defender
If tagged, you take the defenders place
If successful, jog around outside to the start and go again
Coaching:
Look for easiest pathway to end zone - find space away from pressure
If pressured, how can you fake out the defender and get past them
After faking a defender, accelerate away. Do not let them catch you!

Instructions:
1 team passes the ball to the opposition to get the game started
Players go 1v1 to try and dribble into the other teams end zone
If a player scores, they immediately transition into a defender as the opposition team send a new attacker
If the ball goes out of bounds, both players are off and a new game starts
Coaching:
Attack the space in front
Fake out the defender to create an opportunity to get past them
Transition from attack to defense
Being alert to start the next attack - get out quickly and don't let the defender catch you
