Method:
Players in pairs on by line and centre of 9 a side pitch. Ideally where they would be crossing the ball to and from.
Ball is kicked from a dead ball position with weak foot only, controlled stopped and played back.
Coaching Points:
Technique, accuracy, pace of pass and height of pass.
This is to develop muscle memory.
Also focus on one touch of receiving the pass.

Method:
Goalkeeper takes up position on his line to the rear of the goal to enable him to get a run and punch if the cross is to the centre of the goal.
3 central defenders take up positions 1.@ corner of 6 yard box,1 inline with rear post and one inside near post on goal line.
midfielders are man marking with spare man ready to support striker in case of quick break.
Striker stays high but in the case of a clearance falling short must not allow first defender to punch the ball back into our box.

Coaching Points:
If a player goes short to take a cross the marker and the CB on the front post goes out to cover.
All players aware of where the striker is should they get a chance to clear the ball accurately.
Players get in position early, this stops being caught out by a quick corner.
Communication, body shape and quick break.
Striker moves to the side where he anticipates the clearance to go.

Method: Pitch size suited to players attending training.
Coaching Points: Observe and see if work carried out during key coaching part of training is being utilised in free flow game.

Lunges from cones 1-2-3-1. Once.
High Kicks from cones 1-2-3-1. once.
Side sccissors facing left from cones 1-3-2-1.
Side scissors facing right from cones 1-3-2-1.
Backwards jog (3/4 pace) from cones 1-3-2-1.
Finish with 3 full sprints and turns from 1-3-2-1.
