Organisation
The goalkeeper starts behind the first hurle at the back of the hurdles or poles. Once the goalkeeper has passed through the hurdles straight ahead the goalkeeper receives a serve from Server 1. Once the ball is secured the goalkeeper will receive a serve from the Server 2 after moving through the poles or hurdles

Organisation
The goalkeeper starts behind the hurdles/poles. The goalkeeper must run through the hurdles/poles infront of the goalkeeper. Once the goalkeeper has reached the end of the hurdles/poles the coach will serve a volley to the goalkeeper. The coach after the goalkeeper has secured the ball the coach shouts either left or right. Once the goalkeeper hears the shout of left or right the goalkeeper must go where the shout tells him and receive a serve from the coach.

Organisation
The goal keeper starts by facing server on the top of the box. On the shout of the coach the goalkeeper will have the receive and secure the ball from either server A or 1 depending on the side the goalkeeper is starting with. Once the ball is secured the goalkeeper must readjust into the goal and face a shot from either player B or 2. On the edge of the box the goalkeeper will serve the ball into the goalkeeper. The server will serve the ball at the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper will receive sets of 5 servers before swapping. The server must attempt to keep the ball below waist height. The first 2 rounds of serving must be at the goalkeeper.

Organisation
Once the goalkeeper has received the volley from server A or 1 the goalkeeper must secure the ball. Once the ball is secure the goalkepeeper must adjust himself to deal with the second phase of play. The second server (B or 2) must play a pass into the pivot who will set the ball back to the same server to receive an attempt on goal.

Add in a defender from behind the pivot to close down the ball.

Organisation
The goalkeeper starts by having a volley into the midrift of the goalkeeper. Once the goalkeeper has secured the ball the server (A or 1) passes a ball to the second server (B or 2). Once the ball is passed to the second server the defender must attempt to close the ball down andstop the shot. The goalkeeper must attempt to give instructions to the defender to attempt to stop the shot at goal. The striker must attempt to score in any part of the goal.

Rules
The goalkeepers split into 2 teams. The keepers will try and score past the other team using any means
The teams are limited to 2 touches (i.e. catch and shot)
Should the teams miss the goal completly then that player must run around the goal he is defending whilst the game is still being played
