Set Up
Grid of 5v5 yard boxes, 20 yards long. Mini hoop 3 yards away after last grid box.
Rules and Conditions
Players complete individual and cooperative technique based tasks in each box. tasks increase incrementally to increase in difficulty e.g. Level 1: Right thigh - foot - left thigh - foot. Level 2: the same thing twice etc. When the players compete level 4 (the exercise completed 4 times) they can choose to take a point, or they can go for the hoop to win. To win, players must keep the ball off the ground and head the ball into the hoop. Ball cannot touch the ground at anytime. If it does, the player has to go to the beginning and start again at level 1.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics.
