Description:
3v4 going to gates
red player passes the ball to yellow and becomes a defender. If reds enters the square they can score in any of the 6 gates, if not they are only allow to score in the 2 attacking gates. If defenders recover the ball they are able to score in any of the 6 goals.
2x 5 minutes - 30 seconds rest
Coaching points:
Pressure - Go fast arrive slow
Induce attacker to weak foot / outside the square or side line
When is the best moment to trying to recovery the ball? Face away from gates? big touch? Ball close from the foot?
Body position to defend - Athletic position / one foot in front / use arms to control space
