Screen 1 (10 mins)

Position 1: Low knees, High Knees, Side running R&L through ladder in both directions

Position 2: Jumping over higher Hurdle in both directions

Position 3: With one leg standing on balance ball, with other leg returning the ball to teammate

Position 4: Running from Large cone to large cone with agile change of direction

Position 5: Sit - ups

Position 6: Back Sit - ups

Position 7: Push - ups

Position 8: Plank

On each position are 2 players. One player is working for 30'', while other one is resting. After 30'', quick change and other player is working while first one is resting.
