Objective- PRESS HIGH
Principle- Can we dictate play out wide to then win the ball.
Success- To win the ball as high as possible.
Organisation- Play starts from the GK every time.
The reds try to score in any of the 3 goals, 3points for the big goal and 1 point for the small goals.
The reds have to be past the blue line to score.
Blue press high.

9= cuts off the pass back to the keep or switch
10 = presses the CB
11 = forces the FB wide. Anticipate a bad first touch, be close enough to nick the ball.
4 = Block any play down the wing
8 = Make sure you are on the correct side of you player and don't let the option of playing into the middle.
7 + 2 = shift over
When the blues win the ball they must attack at pace and score within 10 seconds.
This will allow a lot of repetition.
