Passing / Receiving Variations Drill
Set up - 2 red cones are 2 yards apart
2 Yellow cones are 5 yards apart
1. Red cones are a 1-touch pass
2. Yellow cones are variations of 2 touches/3touches
- Separate with outside of the foot (lft/rt)
- Separate with the inside of the foot (lft/rt)
- Separate with inside than outside / pass it back
- Separate with the inside of the foot/ outside touch /sole-roll back to the middle/pass between red cones.
- Separate with outside of foot/pull a Cruyff back to middle/pass ball

Creating new passing lane with pressure
1. R1 Plays ball to GK (and pressures)
2. GK Separates it to opposite half
3. GK plays to their DM
4. G1 plays ball back to R2 and restarts play
5. R2 plays ball back to GK2 (and runs to pressure)
6. GK2 separates to new passing lane and plays R1

Back pass, Bad pass, Shot drill
1. S1 plays a back pass to GK
2. GK receives ball and plays to short outlet S2
3. GK moves to receive the ball back from S2
4. S2 plays ball back to GK
5. GK switches to the opposite outlet with a long pass (S3)
6. S1 moves over to that pass angle and shots at the GK, Simulating it was a bad pass and a shot comes in.

1. Black team Bowls the ball the Red team
2. Red team controls it, seperates it and passes it back to Black (2min)
3. Switch rolls and repeate (2min)
Warm up 3
(Red cone to Yellow cones) Black team moves to Yellow Cones
1. Black Team overhand throws to Red teams feet
2. Red team control it, seperate it and play it back in the air to Black teams hands (2 mins)
3. Switch roles and do the rotation again (2mins)
