Organization:
- 3 Goals, 3 Mannequins (Cones), 2 Teams and Soccer balls
Instructions:
- First player in line for the withe team dribbles through the mannequins and then towards the goals. Before getting to the first red line he must pass/shoot and try to score on any of the 3 goals. At the same time 2 defenders will run into the red zone and try to block the shot/pass.

Organization:
- 2 goals, 2 teams a middle zone and plenty of soccer balls.
Instructions:
- Players start 3v1 on each side. Coach plays a ball to any team. If the ball is play to blue 2 white defender wil move up to the middle zone to try to intercept a pass play to the attacker.
If the defenders in the zone win the ball they can transition into offense and try to score.
Coaching Points:
- Communication between players - organization/team dynamics of what the objective is at that moment for the team.
- Shift with the ball/play
- Stay Compact
- Close down the passing angle/lane

Organization:
- 4 Players and 1 ball per square.
Instructions:
- Players play 3v1 inside each square.
- Once de defender intercepts a pass he will become an attacker.
Player that lost possession becomes a defender.
Coaching Points:
- Positive first touch (control the ball, take it towards you are going, away from pressure, contact vs cushion on the ball)
- Closing the attacker and the ball (speed and angle of approach)
- Awarness of space
- Read the play and identify next pass (Intercept?)
