Objective
To improve players passing ability
Organization
Set up as shown in a 20x30 area. Cones marking the middle and each end. Following the passing pattern 1-8 players are asked to play 1 & 2 touch where possible.
Coaching Points
Weight, timing, accuary.
Lock ankle, strike through middle of the ball
Receive on back foot in order to go forward
Weight of set pass
Interval Duration
3 minutes then change direction of the pattern to ensure players can working both feet.

Objective: Non-Directional Possession
Organization:
4v4 +2. Each team, Pink and Blue have 4 players and are encouraged to use the 2 neutral players at any time to help keep possession. Only the neutral players are free to move into any of the four boxes. All other players' movements are restricted to their 1/4 of the entire area.
Coaching Points:
-Team shape (maintaining width and depth, while maximizing space in transition)
-Movement of the ball into space (exploiting the space away from the opponent)
-Movement of the players into space (timing of runs)
-Recognition of numbers up situation.
Interval Duration: 3x5 minutes; 15 minutes total.

Organization: 20 x 30 area
Players on either side of the goal and one set of players on the half way line
ball beside both sets of goals
Instructions:
Player 1 plays the ball into 2 or 3 which starts the attack. A player from line A & B come out too defend.
Players 1,2 & 3 try to combine to go to goal and if the successfully do so the who takes the shot becomes the defender and A & B receive a ball and go 2 v 1 to the oppisite goal.
