Essence: PLay dynamic 1 v 1
Structure:
- player A passes to player B
- Player A become defensive player, B attacks and tries to score
- After the ball is in the goal or outside the D player B runs back to choice of cone and passes ball to choice of player.
- Now player B is defender to the new attacker
- this routine continues as long as there is balls
Pointers defender:
- Get within stick reach fast
- stay on toes and watch your feet
- try and channel the attacker into the corner or outside the D
Pointers attacker:
- put your body within you and the defender
- stay in charge of the moves (dont let the defender take over)
- keep moving and add speed variety
Variation:
- when taking the ball from the attacker the defender must pass the ball to one of the remaining players on the cones.
- the defender becomes attacker when overtaking the ball
- the extra players on the cone pass a second ball to the attacker after the first duel is over.
- keep the cones only on the left or right side of the goal so you can practise attack from these sides.

Essence: Attack left
Structure:
- A runs with ball around cones and passes to B
- A keeps moving sideways
- B moves ball sideways (angle) and passes into space
- B runs in to D and get ball back from A and scores (dont forget to rebound)
Pointers:
for A
- Push pass and protect ball with body
- time run sideays so that you receive in speed
- when in circle, threat to the goal before passing
- adapt to speed, quality of passing when timing. slow down if neccesary
for B
- When receive ball move it sideways to get defenders moving
- pass with right foot in front
- dont forget to do a rebound

Essence: Attack left and build up to 2v1, 3v1 and 2v2
Structure:
- A runs with ball around cones and passes to B
- A keeps moving sideways
- B moves ball sideways (angle) and passes into space
- B runs in to D and get ball back from A and scores (dont forget to rebound)
- C can b used tostartupsecond attack afterthe firstis over (higher intensity)
- E is defener 1
- F can be added as defender 2
