Pressing trigger (15 mins)
Focus + Session design
- Defending 1v1 - Pressing trigger
- 2min work - 30sec rest (x6) Players change after 1min
- 20 x 15 yard area
- Red waiting player to pass ball into team-mate
- Green to press to stop player turning
Coaching detail
- Make contact on first touch
- Don't allow to turn, go all the way in
- Use of body to not get turned

- Second block, if defender wins the ball can he score
