Patterns
SET UP - POSITIONAL - 11 players
Outside cones 1 or 2 Touch passing, follow pass.
Progressions:
Receiver - move away from cone before receiving pass.
* (1 on both sides of pitch) to change angle of passing channel imagining pressure from opponent *
Bounce - start with a bounce on first pass from FB. FB to CB to FB to 2nd CB
Bounce 2 - start with a bounce on first pass from MF. (MF to FB to MF to CB)
Double Bounce - Add extra bounce with 2nd CB. (FB to CB to FB to 2nd CB to 1st CB to FB)
