Exercise - 6v8 - High Block Press
Objective: Improve team organization to press high from goal kick, build up in order to deny central penetration and force to the width.
Process:
- 10 Balls (Subs to Follow) / 10 Balls = 20 balls total
- White - Dribble into end zone= 1 point
- White - Direct pass into Target = 2 points
- Black - Regain and break to full goal
