Organisation:
Remove the middle line creating three zones.
4 players per zone
1 defender
Practice
Starting as a one vs one
Progressing in to a two vs one
Then in to a two vs two
Focusing on the defensive players
Attacking players must walk at a slow pace or jog.
The defender must get the ball back from the attacker
Progression:
Increase the speed the attacker is moving at.
Make the space smaller

Organisation:
In the 3 zones their should be 3 in the defending zone
2 in the midfield zone
1 in the strike zone
spare balls behind the goals
Practice:
Players stick to their zone defending from the top the striker must get the ball back or try while the attackers go through the zones to get the ball back. The team with the ball can go in to all zones but defender s must stick to their zones.
Progression:
Give the defenders a time limits to get the ball back.
Swap the positions around so there is 1 defender or two defenders
