Option 1
Weak sided CB 4 is eliminated from the press of their striker.
Solution
Their striker does well to press us to one side eliminating our pass across to the other CB.
The 5 then dribbles to break the first line of pressure, then he plays across to our 6. Our 6 is in a 2v1 with the 8, he can now play through to the 8 to receive on a half turn facing goal.

Option 2
Weak side CB eliminated, 6 and 8 are marked.
Solution
Similar to option 2, striker does well to lock us to one side of the field. Our 5 drives into the next line, but our 6 is marked to play across. So he continues his dribble to entice their 8 to come out and press. Our 10 drops lower off the shoulder of their 8 to create and angle and a 2v1 to play forwards.

Option 4
Our 4,6, 8 and 10 are marked.
Solution
CB is sees a gap to play directly through off the 9, he then bounces off to the weak side 8 to create a 2v1 with the 11.

Option 4
4, 6, 8, 9 being marked.
Solution
CB drives into the next line, he entices their 8 by a dribble to go out and press. Our 10 drops lower, shows off the shoulder of their 8 to create a 2v1 to play forwards.
Other options:
The ball is played in wide areas first to draw opponents across so gaps open up as they make their way across.

Instructions
Play starts with the attacking teams GK/Server. He looks to pass into anyone of the CB's and the game is live. Whites objective is to fix the striker, find the weak sided CB and break the first line of pressure from a dribble or a pass. If they can score a goal by playing through opposition-finding a player in a gap to receive and score or looking to combine centrally and score its worth 2 points.
Defending teams objective in Red is to press the opponent and force play into wide areas. Where they will try and set a trap to win possession, upon gaining possession, they look to score in one of the two counter goals for one point.
If the ball goes out of bounds or a goal is scored, the ball restarts with the White teams GK.
