Learning Objectives
• Four passers arranged around the edge of an appropriately sized square.
• Two defenders working in the middle.
• The passers can move up and down their line to create passing angles.
• Passers can't be tackled on the outside
• The defenders must try to work as a team to press and offer support.
• Defender closest to the ball calls “One” while the supporting defender calls “Two”.

Blue's attack the red goal
Red's try and score in the two goals
Blue's must score from inside shaded area by breaking the offside line
Offsides line is the red line, not where the last defender is
Blue's must recieve ball in shaded area and have two touches to score

Learning Objectives
- Each player is given a number.
- Each game lasts a set number of minutes e.g. 4 or 5minutes
- Each player in the winning team gets 3pts for themselves
- Draw = 1pt
- If a player scores = 1pt
- If a players provides an assist = 1pt
- Gk (clean sheet) = 1pt
- Scores are kept
- Winner will be the player with the most points
- Teams are swapped every game

Defending Overloads Game (20 mins)
Learning Objectives
- Coach starts the practice by giving the ball to either Blue 1 or Red 1.
- Player in posession looks to attack opposite goal and must score within scoring zone
- Defending player tries to gain possession of the ball and attack their goal
- If a team conceed they get an extra player and look to counter attack quickly using the overload advantage
- There should be plenty of oppportunites to coach how to defend the counter attack.
CP:
- Delay
- Deny
- Press or Drop?
- Recovery run
- Body position
- Make play predictable
