In apropriate size grid teams begin play with a 3v3 once team gains possession they look to play the ball over and have one player join the attack to create a 4v3 towards the goal they are attacking.

*Progression 1 - passing and movement, combining with creativity in a realtistic manner (3-4 min)
-Stretch (1-2 min)
*Progression 2- Takeovers with rotation starts with player 1 dribbles to player 2 who takesover and passes to player three who dribbles/penetrates towards player 1 for next takeover (3-4 minutes)
-Stretch (1-2 min)
*Progression 3- Short, short then long with player 1 passes to player 2 who passes back to player 1 and makes supporting run to player 3 receving pass from from player 1. ( 2-3 min)
-Final stretch (2-3 min)
