Objectives
1. Play with penetration - play through or around the defensive line.
2. Create 2v1 or isolate a player 1v1 to help with penetration.
3. Play forward quickly in transition when there are chances to attack with an overload.

Set Up
20x20 yard square. small 3x3 yard square in the 4 corners.
Rules and Conditions
Both teams to play to a player in a corner box for a point. Once a team has scored in a box, they cannot score there again until an attempt to score in another box has been made. First team to score 6 points wins. Winning team gets to decide if they rest (in boxes) or play.
Progressions
One touch for player in the box.
Add direction - first team to score in the 4 boxes wins.
Time
4x4 minutes games. 1 minute rest.

Set Up
Full width. Half field split 40:20 up to half-way line. Main goal. 3 mini-goals or gates on half-way line.
Rules and Conditions
Gk+7 v 7. Play starts with Gk. and starts 5v4 in the initial 40 yards. After 3 passes a defender can join the 40-yard area. If an additional defender joins the area an additional attacker can also join the area. The aim is to work the ball into 20 yards area where they can attack one of the three goals to score. Once 20 yard area has been penetrated, the attacking team can play back into it. Defending can go anywhere to try and win the ball and score in the main goal.

2x8 minutes games. 1 minute rest.
