Endurance Circuit (15 mins)

Setup: 1/3 of pitch

2-3 rotations/15mins depending on amount of players

Two lines of players, competing in pairs

1. Ladders/hops

2. Slalom cones

3. Collect ball at blue gate, minimum 2 touches then shoot at goal

4. Sprint back around outside through green gate

1v1 Recovery Drill (15 mins)

Setup: 2no 7v7 goals on half a pitch

10-15mins depending on number of players (2-3 circuits each)

1. Player 1 starts with a 1v0

2. Player 2 starts after 1 takes shot at goal, with player 1 recovering to defend 2

3. Player 3 starts after 2 takes shot at goal, with player 2 recovering to defend

4. Defending player collects ball and goes back in line

5. Repeat

SFA Circuit (15 mins)

Setup: approx 50m x 20m

1. Fast feet/hops

2. Slalom through cones

3. Follow red cones diagonally back through gate to start, approx 80% speed, accelerating away after each change in direction

Repeat 2/3 times without ball, then with balls another 2/3 times depending on fitness levels
