Organisation
40 x 25m, the area to be split in half with 8 zones in the middle.
6 v 6 with 2 GKs.
The players in the middle are limited to their area, which represents each position (midfield 4).
Explenation
team in possession are to pass the ball through the defensive line to the striker to score.
The purpose of this is to recognise when to do so, the players are to set up in a diamond formation whch gives the player on the ball options. The players are to pass the ball across the line with speed to try and move the defence until there is a opening.
