Method: 10 Plays the ball into the CF. CF bounces the ball back to the ten who breaks the defensive line between the fullback and center-half. Wingers first touch should be to bring the ball into the box to shoot.

Method: 6 v 6 + GK
Red team set up as a 1-4-2. Blues as a 4-2
Play starts from the orange gate. Blues must attack the goal through the wide channels and attempt to cross the ball into a dangerous area or shoot from angles.
When red turns the ball over, it is a quick transition to attack and play the ball through the orange gate.
