Organisation
Setup a 20x20m grid (x 2 depending numbers) with players on each corner and 1 player in the middle of two red cones.
Instructions
Play starts with B checking off the cone and demanding the ball from D. D plays a solid pass into B who creates space and opens up the body to receive the ball on the front foot, takes a touch and passes into E. E has a good first touch and dribbles the ball back to position D. All players follow their pass (D to B, B to E, E to D back of line). Alternate starting position of the pass to A who will play the ball into position B from the other side and the sequence continues, with Position B player (now E) passing the ball to the player at C, who dribbles the ball back to position A

3. Add two extra cones on the edge of the area in line with the red cones and place a defender at each to place pressure on the receiving player in the middle.
