Defender passes the ball into the attacker and they go 1v1 (or 2v1/2v2). The focus is for the defender to delay the game completely and to not allow the attacker passed them. The focus is not to win the ball but to force the attacker into a mistake.
5 minutes - 1v1 defending [To make it competitive, every time the defender pushes the opponent out they get 3 points, every time the attacker makes it to the bottom, they get 1 point]
5 minutes - 2v1 defending [To make it competitive, every time the defender pushes the opponent out they get 3 points, every time the attacker makes it to the bottom, they get 1 point]
5 minutes - 2v2 defending [To make it competitive, every time the defender pushes the opponent out they get 3 points, every time the attacker makes it to the bottom, they get 1 point]
