Essence:
Receive and turn onto your L Forehand
Structure:
In 4's do this exercise. A1 plays the ball to B1, he takes by turning to the right and plays the ball to B2 when the ball is well under control. After the pass to B1, A1 runs behind the ball to the middle. He gets the ball back from B2, takes to the right by turning and plays the ball to A2. Everyone runs continuously behind the own to pass.
Pointers:
Low down so low you can keep the stick upright and can receive on the stick blade. Also, you'll be better balanced and screen you hit the ball better for a defender.
In the motion of receiving, so make space relative to the defender.
In the movement "fall", so when you receiving step forward to left and your shoulders that side turned up.
The ball is always received on the forehand, the ball drawn into the movement is to the left.

Variation:
Just before receiving, it is possible to perform. Can make your body to a appear you going one way and go the other way. The receiver goes briefly to the right with his right leg and uses the same right leg to move to the left

Receiving and Passing
Structure:
A passes to B (1) and runs towards the cone to receive a pass from B (2) and plays a return pass to B (3) and runs to the cones. B then passes to C (4) and runs towards the cones to receive a pass from C (5) and plays the ball back to C and the cycle starts over.
(Change passes 3 and 6 to the right instead of the left half way through)
Pointers:
Push Pass only
Make sure the children have their eyes up before passing the ball
Soft hands to enable them to have a good first touch
Calling for the ball to receive the pass
High intensity
Variations:
+ Players may only have 1 touch here (passes 3 and 6)

Structure:
Player A passes to player B. As player B is receiving the ball, player C makes a lead towards the line, get feet around and receives the ball on his FH. Player C then dribbles towards the baseline, into the circle and makes a pass to player D who in turn has made a lead out wide before changing direction and coming towards the ball. Player D receives and takes a shot.
Pointers:
Move feet to ensure always receiving and passing on the FH.
Timing of the lead
Dynamic movements - change of pass, quick change of direction.

Structure:
Player A passes along the outside of the cones to player B. Player B receives, pulls the ball to the right and then passes on the outside of the cones to player A.
Cones to be setup 5m in lenth and 2m in width.
Setup enough stations for all players
Pointers:
Push pass only - technique
Receive ball away from feet
Keep the ball on the stick when pulling to the right.
Move feet to get into position for the pass.
Eyes up!!
Variations:
+ Pull to the left before passing
+ Increase tempo
+ Include an aerial lift before passing
