Steal the bacon (15 mins)
Organization:
- 20x20 2 pennies (Bacon)
Instructions:
- One player (Bacon Master) with two pennies hanging from the side of his/her waist and no ball.
- Everybody else dribbling with a ball are trying to steal the pennies from the bacon master.
Coaching Points:
- Watch how the player with the pennies change direction and finds space away from the others.
- Dribbling at fast pace to be able to catch up.
- see who could stay with the pennies the longer.
Progressions/Regressions:
- P. Skills while dribling.
- R. Bacon Master dribbles too.

1v1 to Goal (15 mins)
Organization:
- 30x30
- 2 teams
- all bals with coach
Instructions:
- coach passes the ball into the middle.
- 1 player from each team will run around the goal and try to dribble pass the defender into the opposite end zone.
- 30-45 sec each round.
Coaching Points:
- Instead of end zone add pug goals to score in.
- Dribble away from the defender
- Defending the attacker
- Choosing which side to bring the defender/attacker
Progressions/Regressions:
- Instead of goals have them dribble past the end zone.
- 2v2s 3v3s
- less time on the clock
