Organization/Setup: 

 4v3 + GK full width of field and 35y from the goal 3 pool doors.

• Instructions/Achievement Criteria:

• The game will always start with the goalkeeper; the goal of the Blue team made up of 5 player (4 + 1), is to cross one of the 3 goals, against the red team made up of 3 players who have the goal of winning the ball, and search for the conclusion in the shortest possible time(5”). In this way force the red team to adapt to the transition.

  Obligation to play the ball on the ground to stimulate the unmarking of the players in the light area.

• in the construction phase, to seek the maximum width, tocreate new passing lines.
