Organization: 5v3 Possession. Attacking team to penetrate and score on goal.
Instructions:After ten passes Attacking team can shoot on goal. Defense if they win the ball they can score on the small goal.
Coaching Points: Off the ball movement and use the extra two man to find extra passing lane and ulitmately the goal. Defense has to stay organized and try to win the ball back and counter quickly towards the small goals
Progressions: Scrimmage

Organization: 3v3 Game, 30 minutes
Instructions: Have the players play small sided games concentrating on the moves and techniques they used in their previous drills.
Coaching Points: Concentrate on movement into space with the ball and proper touch and moves to be used during the game.

Organization: 6v6 Game
Instructions: Concentrate on the key points we practiced during the practice.
Coaching Points: Players must mantain their position and be creative to find time and space.

Passing warmup (20 mins)
Organization: Passing Drill. 4 on the outside, 2 in the inside
Instructions: Players inside must work hard for 1 minute and receive as many passes from the outside players as possible.
Coaching Points: Players must use lateral movement, to receive as many passes from the outside players as possible. Players must be on their toes at all times and be ready to receive and pass the ball back quickly.
Progressions: The two Players inside can use combinations, to make different plays, and get the ball back to the outside.
