Object of game to catch the other player.
Start without ball for 1 min.
Introduce a ball. 4 min with ball
If player caught restart in start position. Point awarded to player that caught the other.
Coach to randomly shout "Change" at which the chaser becomes the chased!!

Crossing & Finishing (15/20 min)
Organisation of Session
3 starting points, Left/Right and central.
3 crossing points - 1/2/3
Goal Keeper - initially restricted to 6 yard box
Very simple structured session.
Players run down either left or right wing (Initially working on strongest foot for crosser) with the ball and at markers 1 or 2 or 3 they attempt to make a cross to central player or players who is/are timing their run to stay on side
Once they have completed their run they rotate in to the crossing or finishing lines.

Organisation of Session
The wings of the pitch are coned off to allow wingers a chance to get crosses in un opposed - I need to allow for successful crosses.
On the wings the middle 3rd will be open to both wingers to compete in but the attacking 3rd will be unopposed.
