Session Objective -
Today we want to work on players foot skills, all our coaching focus will be on how players dribble, pass, and receive, this is what we will focus on in our coachable moments during all our activities.
Every player must have strong foot skills and be able to use them in game like situations that is what this session creates, game like moments to help improve foot skills

1v1 passing pattern
Objective - Improve Foot skills
Activity - Players pass the ball forward back then diagonal, once the ball goes diagonal, the defender can then enter the space attempting to stop the central player from scoring on the mini goal. If the defender steals the ball the dribble to the yellow tringle.
Improve dribbling - encouraging players to take others on 1v1 and use attacking moves
More Challenging - Passes must be 1 touch
Less Challenging - Defenders must let central player receive the ball
Key Terms - Ball control, change of speed, reading the game and making a decision

4v4 Improve Foot skills
Objective - Improve Foot skills
Activity - Players will play a normal 4v4 game but the condition is they must dribble across the cone line to score this is the scoring zone or "the final 3rd"
The zones will also help players understanding spacing and positional play at an early and simplified age. Do not put restrictions using the spaces but use the break up of the field in your coachable moments to help players understand off ball movement and spacing.
Improve dribbling - encouraging players to take others on 1v1 and use attacking moves
More Challenging - players must dribble across line and complete a pass before they can score
Less Challenging - normal 4v4 no zones
Key Terms - Ball control, change of speed, reading the game and making a decision
