Organization:
One ball per player. Players working in pairs.
Two big cones per pair as seen above.
Instructions:
Start with ball on the right foot. Perform 2 V-Moves around big cone then pass to partner and repeat with opposite foot.
Coaching Points:
Can you see the ball and your partner at the same time?
Timing and speed of your V-Moves to stay in rhythm with your partner.
Weight of pass so you receive at the same time.
Progressions:
After 2 V-Moves and pass change directions and play with the player next to you.

Organization:
Depending on numbers 4 or 5 players per diamond. If 5 players follow their pass.
Depending on numbers 1 or 2 balls per group. If 4 players you can play with 2 balls.
Instructions:
Option 1
Players pass around outside of the diamond.
Receive on the front foot using a V-Move in to the next pass.
Option 2
Pass - set - through, repated.
Follow your pass.
Coaching Points:
Use the sole of the foot to receive using the V-Move.
Quality of the pass. Diection, weight.
Progressions:
Competition between the groups. First to round the diamond 12 times wins. If there is a mistake the ball starts again.
Finish in to a mini goal.

Organization:
Teams of 4 playing 2v2.
Extra balls behind players off.
4 mini goals in corners.
Three 5 minute rounds.
Instructions:
If your team scores they stay on and continue to attack - they receive a pass from their teammates who are off.
If your team is scored against you drop out and your teammates come on to defend.
If the ball goes out both teams drop out and 4 new players come on - whoever the ball went out on starts on defending.
Coaching Points:
Option one is to score. Look for the early shot if it's on.
Can you react quickest on transition - 4 new payer, after a goal.
Body shape when receiving after a goal to see the whole field and score early.
Desguise a shot using your eyes and body shape - V-Move to change direction.
Quality of pass after a goal from players waiting.

Organization:
Three teams of 3.
2 goals or 3 mintues, whichever comes first.
Instructions:
Individual points per players- 3 for a win, 1 for a draw, 0 for a loss.
