Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): U9-U11: Year-End Festival

Stations (15 mins)

Set Up:

Set up the station in the way 

Instructions:

Players rotate between the stations as shown above. The station will be 15 minutes a whistle will be blown to change stations. 

Station Leader: You will stay at your station for the entire session while groups come to you. 

Group Leader: you will have a group pf players and rotate with them to the different stations.

Station Leaders will have Yellow pinnies.

Group Leaders will have Blue pinnies.

Skill Testing - Passing (15 mins)

Set Up:

Create three 20x20 yard area.

Split the players into two groups.

Instructions:

Players will have 60 seconds to complete the passing activity.

One player goes at a time and they will start behind the mannequin and pass a ball into the the net. After passing the ball, the player will run around the mannequin again to go to the other side and make another pass. The player will do that until the four balls are done and repeat at the next ares behind them starting at the mannequin again.

Point system: 

1 point for passes from the yellow cones

2 points for passes from the blue cones

Scoring Guide:

0-4 - Bronze Standard

5-8 - Silver Standard

9-12 - Gold Standard
