Ball Mastery Circuit
3 Grids - Equal amount of players in each grid. In every grid each group performs an exercise for 90 seconds then rotates to the next grid. Once a group has finished all three grids they return to the original grid and new exercises are performed, This continues until 4 rotations occur.
Grid 1 - Multiple rows of cones depending on numbers. 10 cones per line 2 feet apart. Exercices include outside/outside/inside/inside R foot only, then L foot, outside/inside R, ouside /inside L, etc.
Grid 2 - Players dribble from cone to cone and perform changes of directon moves such as the inside cut R, inside cut L, outside cut R, outside cut L, step on, Cruyff etc. Grid can be modified to include stops and starts and faint skill sets.
Grid 3 - Players in pairs in a 4 cone grid dribble from corner cone to corner cone dribbling with R foot only and using inside of R foot only around the cone (Outside of R foot), with L foot only and using inside of L foot only around the cone (Outside of L foot), etc.

Passing & Receiving
Square passing activity.
1st Variation - Player 1 plays to player 2 as they check off the cone who plays to player 3. Players follow their pass.
2nd Variation - Player 2 plays to player 3 who sets back to player 2 who plays a wall pass to player 3 who then plays to palyer 4. Players follow their own pass,
3rd Variation - Player 3 plays to player 4 who sets back to player 3 who plays across to player 1. Players flow from station to station.
All variations are done clockwise and counterclockwise.

Passing & Receiving
Up/Back/Up/Back Pattern
One player at each cone with overload at the ends (1&5). Start with one ball at one end to get familiar with pattern then introduce a second and third ball depending ont he progress.
1 plays to 2 who sets the ball bak to pass to 3 who sets to 2 who plays to 4 who sets for 3 who plays to 5. Player rotation is 1-2-3-5-4-6-1.

Passing & Receiving
Players in pairs pass to one anothe raround cones.
1st Variation - Player receives with the inside L to push the ball across cones and plays with the R.
2nd Variation - Player receives with the L foot and rolls it across the cones and plays with the R.
3rd Variation - Player receives with the outside of the L foot to psuh the ball across cones and plays with the R.
All variations players will also receive with thr R foot to play with the L foot.
