Technical Station (RWB - Recieve with Back foot)
1) Two lines of players, each have a ball, the two front players in each line start by running with the ball to the red cone and around to join the back of the opposite line.
The next two players start once the first player passes the red cone.
2) Now two balls, whilst RWB can the player pass to the next player in line through the gates.
3) After the pass now run around the red cone as shown in the diagram and look to catch the player in front who is dribbling to the other side to make a pass.
Play is continuous.

Reversed Goal Game
Organization
- A dribbles towards the middle and then passes to B.
- B can score in any of the 2 goals
- If A wins the ball they have one attempt to counter or the game is dead.
Progression
-2v1 then 2v2, 3v2
Key Points
- Side moves (V moves, stop-start,stepover, cruyff, outside cut)
- Stop start moves to gain separation.
- Change your speed and change your direction to lose the opponent
- Don't show them the ball

Numbers Up
- Players divided into 2 teams. Each team get a sideline and end line.
- Players on the end lines go to the ball to win possession. Before scoring, they must bring in a teammate from the side or back.
- Once advantage is gained, they can go for a score.
**Coach can opt to bring in late support for team playing down.
- If defending team wins ball, they have option to score or bring in help.
**Will be progressed from 2v1, to 3v1 and max 4v1. Game could build to 4v4 max if ball stays in play.

4v4 mini game
Use the passing/receiving from drills.
No player allowed in the goal area marked by cones.
3 completed passes and team can shoot on either goal.
Key Points:
1. Pass and move to space.
2. If the shot is not available, move to the other goal. Find the best shot.
