warm-up drill: passing skills on the run (90°) (10 mins)
Goal: players in square run around cone in the middle & give a 90° pass on the run
Exercise: Players A and C start with ball (double position @ diagonal). They run simultaneously around cone (and eachother > vision!) and pass (clockwise) to B (and D).
Rotation: follow your pass
Variations: counterclockwise with backhand return and forehand pass, counterclockwise with backhand pass (higher level)
