When blue is building out they can occupy their defensive 3rd and middle 3rd, must pass into final 3rd past the green line before they can (and defenders) get in to finish. Same thing the other way for purple to penetrate the yellow line. If the defending team wins the ball they must play back into their own 2 thirds before penetrating into final third.
Progression: If defending team wins the ball in final attacking 3rd they can score.
