Gameplay:
8 vs 4
One team defends for a minute whilst the other two teams aim to keep the ball. At each time the ball is intercepted or the ball goes dead, the ball is returned to the two teams keeping possession. The amount of times the defending team win possession is recorded. The team with the least amount of interceptions does a forfeit.

Gameplay:
6 v 6
Set up two areas, one larger than the other.
10 passes is a goal.
The coach randomly drops a ball in the smaller area and the players must switch into that box. In the smaller area, 5 passes is a goal.

Gameplay:
Play starts from the coach feeding the ball into one of the defenders. The ball can only travel through the thirds through passing into the next third. The player that made the pass can progress into the next third to create an overload in that zone. The blue team can move freely around all three zones, whereas the oranges are limited to their own zones, unless they pass up through the thirds.
Adaptations:
Add channels with wingers in to recreate the 3-5-2, this will get the players more familiar with their positional play and create wide 1 v 1/ 2 v 1 scenarios. The wide players must be restricted to just passing within the third that they have received the ball and the ball cannot just go straight to them.
Put pass restrictions in place, so that the oranges can't progress a third without making a certain amount of passes, or they can't play out to the wide players without making a certain number of passes.

Gameplay:
The blue team has less players. This is to encourage their movement off the ball. The blue team must look to try and exploit spaces through their movement, looking to encourage line breaking passing and line breaking runs. Rotate the players on both teams.
Restrictions:
The orange team must make x amount of passes before shooting, or a limited amount of time (seconds) to get a shot off on goal.
Finish with equal numbers on each team and free play.
