Organization:
- 10x15 yard grids
- 2 players start from each tall cone.
Instructions:
- First players from each side will begin to dribble (at the same time).
- Will execute flip-flap move anywhere they choose within the area. (Work both feet).
- Soon as they get to opposite side they must start from behind the tall cone.
Coaching points:
- Positive first touch out of feet.
- Execution of flip-flap (step over with non-dribbling foot, touch inside with dribbling foot, finish with outside touch with non-dribbling foot).
- 3 steps to execute move.
-Explosive exit touch, to bring head up.
Progression/Regression:
P - Make grid narrower or shorter or both.
R - Take away (outside touch) from move, execute only the first 2.

Organization: -

Instructions: - Players will go 1v1 (1 defending player, 1 attacking)
- Defending player starts with the ball, passes in to attacking player.
- Attacking must try to score in defender's goal.
- If defender wins the ball they can score in the attacker's goal.
- Game is over after someone scores or 30 seconds.
Coaching Points: - Positive first touch out of feet.
- Confidence to try and beat defender with any skill move.
- Execution of flip-flap (step over with non-dribbling foot, touch inside with dribbling foot, finish with outside touch with non-dribbling foot). (Extra points if you do this move and score).
-Explosive exit touch when getting past defender, to bring head up to see the goal.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Make area smaller to make the game more difficult for the defender.

4v4 to endzones
Instructions:
Dribble into the endone to score a pt
Games played to 2pts
Waiting pair rotates on after 2pts are score
Coaching Points:
1- Identifying gaps in defense to penetrate
2- Identifying defenders position
3- Use body to shield ball / dribble with correct foot to protect ball

No Offside
When the ball is out, restart with Dribbling in ( Closest Defender should be 3 yards away )
Coaching Points:
1- Recognize the space, can you use it ?
2- Correct decision ( small touches or big touches ) Dribble or pass?

Juggling (5 mins)
Organization:
Use available space
Instructions:
- Split players into two teams (with conditioned game in mind), every player starts with a ball.
- All juggles start with the ball from the ground.
- Flick ball up and go off the top of the foot (top of thight, outside of foot, chest).
- Keep balance when juggling, use whatever surfaces you can to keep the ball up.
- Play multiple rounds.
Coaching Points:
- Focus on touch for every juggle. (Keeping each touch small, so the next juggle is easier).
- Technique for each type of surface (leg fully bent and high up when going off the thigh, outside of foot raised up, etc.)
Progressions/Regressions:
P - Limit space players can juggle in (one half as opposed to the whole field).
P - Can we go off the top of the foot, off the thigh, off the outside and off the chest?
