The objective of his session is to prepare to conditioning our GKs and have a good look at the new upcoming GKs on some of the basic fundamentals such as, passing, control, receiving, manipulate the space around them and distribute the ball. This session will be derived into four phases, dynamic and technical warm up(unopposed) technical(unopposed, semi-opposed) skill(opposed) and end with a small sided game.

INSTRUCTION DETAILS
GKs 3 and 4 will apply low pressure
Patterns starting from GK1 passing a through ball to GK3, as he receives it one GK4, will apply low pressure, forcing the GK3 to take a touch, manipulate his space and play it to GK 1, that upon receiving the GK2 now will apply the low pressure.
5 x on each side them rotate the GKs in goal

INTRUCTION DETAIL
GK1 will play a heavy pass to GK 3, that upon receive will have a high press from GK 4, if GK4 win he ball he will score, the coach immediately play another ball to GK 1 so GK 2 can challenge, if GK4 don't win the ball, GK 1 play it to GK 2 that will allow to take a shot or go 1 x 1
5 balls on each side rotate the GKs (individual points)saves /scores

Small sided games - 10 min 1 x 1+ GKs
Unrestricted 1 x 1 going to goal
3 blocks of 5 balls serving by the coach, more goals win

Passing patterns
ORGANIZATION
Full size goals, mannequins, color cones, soccer balls
INSTRUCTION DETAILS(After the DYNAMIC AND STRETCHING WARM UP)
Inside the 18 yrds box set two goals at each end, place three mannequins half way, and four goalkeepers, 1 on each goal , and two on the flanks.
Pattern will be initiate by GK 1,3,2,4,and 1 again ( 5 times one direction, and them reverse the pattern.
PROGRESSION(VARIATION)1
Pattern initiate from the GK 1 passing to GK ,3(breaking lines) GK3 to GK4 and GK4 to GK2, and GK2 to GK3.(each time reverse the flanks receivers
The Gks in goals will switch after a full set of 5L/5R patterns
CHALLENGES
The GKs on goal MUST control, manipulate the space and play over the heads(mannequins)
