Warm up Phase 2 (15min)
Organization: 2 set up of 8x12 next to each other. Arrange 2 target players and 2v1 inside each areas. Plenty football to fill in in case the ball went out.
Procedure: 2v1 to keep the ball away from defender using target players who can move to support two area to bounce the ball back. Play for 2-3 min rotate player.
Coaching points: Movement to receive the ball. Combination to penetrate. Create space and angle to support. Quality of passing and receiving.

Tactical Quick combination in 3rd third. (20min)
Organization: 20x35yds place two mini goals one side big goal on the other side. Split players into 2 team Attacking and Defending teams.
Procedure: Attacking player feed the ball to winger at either side to starts the game with 3v2 to score the goals. Once the ball being shoot attacking from the other side players the ball to same winger to attack mini goal in situation 3v1. Play for 4 min high intensity and change role.
Coaching Points: support player with the ball by create passing lane. Using space to exploit advantage. Firmed passes and be patient before penetrate. Good combination in final third to score the goal.

SSG 3v3 (20min)
Organization: arrange 2 teams of 4 players.
Procedure: Play 3v3 plus one GK.
If the teams scored must starts from the back.
Play for 7 min change GK.
Coaching Points: dispersal width and depth. Mobility to support. Looking to penetrate. Quick play in final third.

Organization: Set up 8x12yds grid. Place one mini goal on one side and one gate 3yds apart on other side. Split players 2 teams. Plenty football on the side with the coach.
Procedure: 1v1 warm up by coach feed the ball to one team. They must play 1v1 to shoot into mini goal or dribble through the gate.
