Two players from each team try to dribble through the minefield to the other side. If a player touches a mine they must do 5 toe touches to "fix" their ball and keep going. A team scores a point if when both players on their team reach the goal before the other team. Encourage use of all sides of feet to navigate the mines.

Play 6v3 possession in half of the grid. The other 3 await in the other half of the grid. The 3 on defense must dispossess the 6 and get the ball to their teammates in the other grid. the dispossessed team then sends 3 defenders over to recover the ball.

40 x 30 area 12 players two end zone target areas of 5 yards. 4 v 4 game on the pitch. Objective is to maintain possession and play to an end zone. Then receive the ball back and try to keep possession and get it to the other end zone to score a point. Player who passes to the end zone switches place with that player. Now the player can dribble out of the end zone. Players can't challenge in the end zone just use this as a safe zone.
Coaching emphasis; inside foot passing, back foot receiving, spacial awareness, change of speed, change of direction, good decision making when to pass when to attack/dribble, take the space.
