Functional practise - Press Cover & Balance
Description: A pressing game where the blue team are trying to get the ball through the shaded zone
Players, key points:
1) Press - Nearest man press the ball with speed
2) Cover - Off the shoulder waiting for the switch in position
3) Balance - Scan for danger and blockoff forward passes
4) Intensity - Play off 2 and 3 touch if youre blue and look to score quickly

Description: Working in a 20x20 grid, players will move in no set motion and can freely move around the grid. Objective is to loosen up. Warm up and recovery from game on Wednesday will be taken into consideration, so it will last for 20 minutes.
Players, key points:
1) Concentration - Think of your jobs as individuals
2) Technique Correct form for dynamic stretches
3) Static stretching - Hold for 4 seconds max
