Regression:
-Defending Team sends one player into attacking zone as usual, but remaing players must crab walk to try to block the pass through their zone.
-Defending Team removes one player from center area to the sideline each rotation, remaining players defend with normal rules (i.e. 1 player enters the opposing team's zone, remaining players defend against the pass through the zone).
-Passing Team can pass or dribble through the middle zone to get the ball to the receiving team.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Progressions:
-2 defenders join the zone of the team in possession to attempt to win the ball
-Defending team switches if they force the ball out of bounds off of the attacking team, or if they win the ball and score in counter goals (worth 3 pts).
-If the ball goes out of play over the sideline off the defending team, they do not switch but a new ball is started with the 3rd team. Any ball out of play over the endline allows the defending team to switch with the team that lost the ball.
-Passing Team can only pass to the Receiving Team using a one touch pass (or same rules as previous, but a 1-touch pass to the Receiving Team gets Bonus Pt.)
