This is all about passing and moving. The clever aspect is quick passing forward, but then imagine there would be issues and pressure so then passing back, wide, passing to the GK, who then passes quickly to the opposite far side. This delivers space and speed of then moving foward.

Organisation
Players at the back start with the ball, and then there are quick passing with moving to receive. Then the clever aspect is to pass back to the Goalkeeper from the left, then keeper receives and passes to the right. Then it's a shot.
Instructions
1. Starting Player A passes the ball to the closest Player B, who receives and passes back quickly.
2. When Player B has passed, they run around to the right of the Mannequin, and Player A passes a long pass to Player C
3. Player B runs to a new location and recieves the ball from Player C.
4. Player C runs to a new location quickly and receives the ball back from Player B
5. Player D runs back and close and receives from Player C.
6. Player D then dribbles back wide and then passes back to the GP.
7. GK receives the ball and passes to Player E on the opposite side.
8. Player E receives and shoots quickly.
9. After the shot all players change posistion - Player A to Player B, Player B to Player C, Player C to Player D, Player D to Player E

8. Player E receives and shoots quickly.
9. After the shot all players change posistion - Player A to Player B, Player B to Player C, Player C to Player D, Player D to Player E
