Organisation
1. 4 mannequins set out in a 20 yard square
2. 2 x teams of 3 Gks
1. Circle waist with ball.
2. Feet shoulder width apart, pass ball round legs in figure of eight.
3. Large sweeping circles ball held in two hands, reaching to floor and stretching to the sky.
4. Pass the ball from one hand to the other, arms shoulder width apart, stretch down to toes, behind legs, as high as you can, behind your back whilst keeping the ball moving from hand to hand.
5. Feet shoulder width apart, ball held between legs, one hand in front, one hand behind. Release ball and swap hands before ball bounces (for beginners, let ball bounce, swap and catch).
6. Sit on the ground legs apart, roll back around legs and back using the finger tips.
7. Hold ball in two hands behind legs, legs apart, throw ball through legs, catch ball in two hands in front of legs (for beginners bounce ball through legs and catch).
8. Ball in one hand, large circles with ball – forwards, backwards, at shoulder height (shoulder rolling).
9. Goalkeeper jogs forward bouncing ball from hand to floor.
10. Goalkeeper jogs rolling ball in front, he then has to bend and swoop to pick it up
11. Goalkeeper throws ball into air above head height, then jumps to catch (one footed take-off).
12. With a partner, one ball between two, stand back to back, (keep feet planted on the floor) twist from the hips and pass ball to partner (approx. 10-15 reps, change direction).
13. With partner, one ball between two, stand back to back, pass ball to partner over head, partner passes ball back through legs (10-15 reps, change).
14. With partner, one ball between two, standard back to back a yard apart (feet planted) twist from waist in opposite directions.
A. Gks have free play with 1 ball per team
B. 2 x teams moving the ball from hand to hand, or feet to feet,
C. Gks have to react to Coach command Example, side
step out to touch mannequin, before continuing with practice

Organization:
6 groups. 2 GKs and a Server per gourp. 6 groups of 3 cones to form a triangle, each cone 1 yard apart within triangle. 5 yards across from bottom of triangle add 1 more cone for server. Plently of balls per group. Try to match players by age/ability/size.
Adjust numbers to match availability
Instructions:
First GK (Orange) stands behind yellow cone facing server. 1st GK takes one step around yellow cone then another to be in front of red cones. Once the GK is set in front of red cones, the server can volley the ball into their feet. After catching, distrbute back to where it came from (dropped from hands, back to hands or volleyed from ground then distribute back to ground). Then step back aroundoutside of red cones behind yellow cone. The 2nd GK (Blue) then goes followed by the 1st again.GK can alternate which side they step to first before stepping through red cones. Rotate server after each GK has gone 5 times.
Adjust distance of cones per technique and ability.
With experienced goalkeepers, get straight into at pace. For those with less experience, start off slow so GKs can understand techniques.
Coaching Points:
Set Position: Standing on balls of your feet, Weight forward, Knees slightly bent, butt back, Hands forward and ball width apart, elbows forward out from waste high.
Say Keeper when handling
Don't rush: step, set, catch, distribute, step around outside.
Be efficient, don't waste steps.
Adjust, body behind ball.
Hands on ball first.

Mark pitch, to suit numbers, age and ability.
Two goals.
Instructions:
Netball rules, when ball is in hands gk can't move, 3 seconds to distribute ball.
Attempt to score as many goals as possible, rotate gk in goal every couple of minutes
Conclude first half of clinic with this game.
Conclude end of clinic on same pitch but ball on ground, normal football rules, let the kids play and enjoy

Area: Same as previous activity.
Immediately following SAQ Warm-Up, players should be spilt into three seperate groups.
1 ball per group.
Instructions:
One GK starts by serving the ball using their hands or feet to another GK in the circle who is only allowed to use their hands or feet to keep the ball up.
Coaching Points:
Be ready, be light on your feet.
Don't go easy on fellow GKs.
Move quickly to the next group.
Progressions:
2.) One touch with either hand then pass with either foot.

3 groups have 4 pins to try and protect from other groups who try and knock them over with under arm distribution.
Can only stop ball using hands/ dives etc no feet.

Organisation:
A. An 8yd x 6yd 'court' is marked out with a net made from traffic
cones
B. 1 v 1 or 2 v 2 games can be played on this size court. Bigger
court needed to accomodate more GK's
C. Depending on surface, the game can be played with a variety of
different balls to bring a variety of: ball flight, ball speed, bounce
etc.....
Rules:
1. Ball should be played with the palm of the hand only
2. Service should be from the back line of the court on either side
3. Ball can be returned without bouncing or after the first and only
bounce allowed on either side of the court
4. GK's allowed only one touch each before ball must be returned
over the net
5. Point can be won on anyserve
6. If point is won, service is kept, if point is lost, opponent serves
next ball
